Welcome to mywellbeing - an online diet and physical activity tool for young people aged 11 to 16 years. It offers a friendly and engaging way for young people to receive feedback on their food and drink choices and level of physical activity.
Results are generated to provide guidance on the balance of the diet by comparing it with The eatwell plate and tips for healthy eating, as well as recommended physical activity levels for their age. There is also the opportunity for young people to make a pledge to live well, helping to set realistic goals for the future.
