A series of PowerPoint presentations are provided. These are supported by note sheets, which encourage students to take notes during lessons. In addition, fact sheets about DRVs and EARs is also provided.
The labeling photomontage contains images from a variety of food products. This has been collated to provoke class discussion about the information required on a food label.
