BNF Healthy Eating Week 2017 is developed and run by the British Nutrition Foundation and is supported by the Agriculture Horticulture Development Board (AHDB), Greggs, KP Snacks and The Walt Disney Company.

The Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) is a statutory levy board, funded by farmers, growers and others in the supply chain and managed as an independent organisation (independent of both commercial industry and of Government).

AHDB seeks to inspire and encourage young people to adopt a healthier lifestyle through the delivery of educational initiatives covering food, nutrition, farming, growing and the environment.

Greggs is committed to making a positive impact on people’s lives. With over 1,760 shops nationwide and ownership of their supply chain, they are able to make freshly prepared food accessible to everyone. The Greggs Foundation is a grant making charity which improves the quality of life in local communities, distributing around £2.8 million per year to charitable organisations throughout England, Scotland and Wales. The Foundation’s Breakfast Club programme provides a healthy breakfast for over 25,000 primary school children every day by providing fresh bread from their nearest Greggs shop, and a grant to provide cereals, milk, juice  and fresh fruit plus help with start-up costs.
