Dips

Dips

First, get the equipment ready.

Next, get the ingredients.

Drain the canned chickpeas.

Then, cut the lemon in half. Squeeze out the juice.

Peel the clove of garlic, and finally measure out 3 spoons of tahini.

Place all the ingredients into the blender.

Place the lid on the blender, and hold a clean cloth on the top.

Switch on the blender for 5 to 10 seconds. Stop and check the consistency of the dip.

Add a little water to help the ingredients blend together.

Finally, pour the dip into the dish.

In this demonstration, you will see a dip called hummus being made. Dips are eaten as a starter for a meal or at parties. They are also great in lunchboxes.

Simple Sandwiches

In this demonstration you will see two sandwiches being made. You can make thousands of different sandwiches, using different varieties of bread and lots of different fillings.
