Pockets and Wraps

Pockets and wraps

First cut the warm pitta in half and open out into pockets.

Fill each of the pockets with slices of chicken, tomato and yellow pepper.

Finally, top each pocket with a spoonful of chutney.

Lay the wrap on the chopping board.

Spread hummus over the wrap, then sprinkle grated carrot on top.

Fold up one edge of the wrap, and then, carefully, roll it up.

Finally, slice the wrap in half.
