Fishing
This is fish. It has been cooked and frozen and now it is going to be packed into boxes.
But the fish didn't start off in a factory. Let's see where it came from.
Here is a fishing boat out at sea.
People have been fishing for hundreds of years.
Along time ago, people would just fish for what they could eat, but now fishing is big business.
These fishermen are out catching fish.
They often have to sail far out into the ocean to get their catch. This is because they can't just fish wherever they like - there are rules about which kinds of fish you can catch and how big they should be.
The size of the nets are checked so they do not trap fish which are too small.
There are also rules about the number of fish you can catch.
Otherwise it wouldn't be long before there would be no fish left in the sea.
Care must be taken to get the fish to the dock in good condition.
Once the fish is caught out at sea, it must be frozen or packed in ice.
As soon as it arrives at the docks, it is sold. Some of the fish goes to shops and it is still cold when it is bought.
But most fish goes to factories where it is put into refrigerators until it is ready to be used - that's usually within a day.
