Start by preparing the vegetables:
- Cut the pepper pieces into quarters.
- Cut the courgette in half, and then each piece in half again.
- Next, cut the quarters in half, making 8 even-sized pieces.
Carefully thread the vegetables onto the kebab sticks. Push the kebab stick down into each vegetable on a chopping board. Move each vegetable along the stick. Repeat this using all the vegetables in a colourful pattern.
Brush the marinade over the kebabs, then place onto a grill pan.
Wearing oven gloves, place the kebabs under a hot grill. Turn the kebabs occasionally, taking care as the grill will be very hot.
