Welcome to the Ingredients and Food Science module for students aged 11-16 years.
This module supports secondary school students learning about:

Food hygiene and safety
Sensory evaluation
Two levels of information, entitled foundation and extension, have been created to help with progression. Some areas will have foundation resources only, whereas others will have both foundation and extension. Further resources will be added in the near future to this new module.
