The pHood Futures project

The rationale for the pHood Futures project is to ignite an interest in chemistry with pupils aged 11-14 years, inspiring and motivating them to study chemistry post-16 and thus helping them to consider a career using their chemistry knowledge.  

We want teachers to use chemistry, taught through the context of food, to help pupils understand the world around them and provide extrinsic motivation to seek out a more socially mobile and prosperous future.
