150g jumbo oats
50g oat bran
50g flaked almonds
25g unsalted sunflower seeds
1 x 15ml spoon wheatgerm
¼ x 5ml spoon ground cinnamon
1 apple, grated
2-3 x 15ml spoon natural yogurt
- Mix all the ingredients together until you have the consistency of porridge.
Garnish with fresh raspberries.
