The Eatwell Guide –understanding and applying in the classroom
Description

The Eatwell Guide shows how much of what we eat overall should come from each food group to achieve a healthy, balanced diet. Bridget and Claire will outline the key messages, suggest useful ways to discuss and apply the model at primary level and highlight resources and support to enhance your teaching and learning.
