The aim of this pack is to provide teachers with a series of lesson ideas that focus on developing key knowledge and skills through cooking – all of which can be achieved within a one-hour lesson. Each lesson pack comprises a teacher’s notes, a recipe, two worksheets and a spreadsheet with recipe costs.
