Healthy Eating (3-5 years)

This section provides activity ideas and resources to introduce food and drinks, and activity. The key learning objectives are: (i) Different types and amounts of food are needed for health; (ii) Being active is important for health.

This section introduces healthy eating key concepts to children aged 3-5 years area. For further rigour and challenge, go to the 5-7 years area.

The resources in this section meet the Guidelines for producers and users of school education resources about food.
