- Food production and processing ensures that food is edible and safe;
- Geography, seasonality, weather and climate influence the availability of food and drink.
These resources are suitable for pupils in England and Wales (Key Stage 3, years 7, 8 and 9), Northern Ireland (post-primary, years 8, 9 and 10) and Scotland (S1-S3).
