Below are fibre cards to be used as part of the Fibre February activity pack. These could be used for looking at the amount of fibre in different food, such as putting food in descending order of fibre content (either by portion or by 100g). They could also be used for comparing the amount of fibre in fruit and vegetables compared with in cereals and grains.
